Michele was amazing! She listened to our needs and wants, and worked hard to find properties that we would be interested in. In the end we found ourselves choosing between three properties; 1 that we had found before meeting Michele and 2 that she had found for us. Once we did select a house, she stepped up to work on our behalf with the sellers agent who kept messing things up, and ultimately Michele was able to get everything to work out right. Michele was amazingly patient, very knowledgeable about the area, and was a great team member to have on our side working through the insane hoops that New York puts on real estate transactions.
